For Live Video Calling you will need a soundcard and a headset as well as the latest version of your web browser.
Are there any downloads required to use TommiMedia products?No, TommiMedia products are hosted applications. All the required
software resides on our servers. All you need is an internet connection and a web browser.
Our services include customization of both the back end (administrator
and agent consoles) and front end (customer window).
A single agent can handle 1 to 5 calls at a time. You can have as many
agents as you buy licenses for and have the bandwidth to handle.
Additional agents can be added at any time with additional licenses.
